Tender description

The Welsh Government are interested in understanding the available evidence around analysing and quantifying the benefits, costs and risks of public sector woodland asset transfers to third-parties, including community groups, and the robustness of information used to assess relevant aspects of social/public value This work aims to inform recommendations for a framework to assess these benefits, costs and risks for use by National Resources Wales. The work is anticipated to involve a comprehensive review of existing evidence, supplemented by interviews with community groups.
