Tender description

Due to failure of components that are now obsolete the constabulary requires existing Sanyo VRF units changing on a like for like basis with the current Panasonic units. The existing units are located on the roof of the single-story Beacon Annexe. The existing units require removing from roof and site and the new units to be positioned in the existing location and pick up existing pipe work to the numerous indoor units. The successful contractor is to allow for all necessary cranage and any pipe work modifications.
