Provision of Energy Performance Certificates

Tender description

The Riverside Group Require the services of a EPC provider to provide Approx 4,350 EPC's annually across our homes in England and south Scotland and also for the additional services of providing 3,179 EPC's in England with a 3-4 month Time scale. Additional information: 5 The Client is bound by Regulation 87 of the Regulations to ensure that a period of 10 full calendar days elapses between the despatch of its decision in relation to the conclusion of the contract and the actual conclusion of such contract (the Stand Still Period). Accordingly, the Stand Still Period in this case shall expire at midnight on 22nd February 2022, unless proceedings are brought before that date pursuant to either Regulation 92 or 93 of the Regulations.
