PAN2681 - Student Move-Out Donation Banks

<p>Leicester City Council (the Authority) is looking for proposals from suitably qualified Supplier(s), specifically charities registered with the Charity Commission, to install and operate donation banks at key locations on specified Authority-owned highways in student populated areas in order to collect materials that may otherwise be thrown away when these students leave their accommodation at the end of their university year. However, such donation banks may also be utilised by other residents in that area where they are situated. This is a one-off requirement. The proposed Contract will be for one year with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years.&nbsp; Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation.
