National Fire Chiefs Council: The Development of a National Coaching & Mentoring Portal, Supervisory Leadership Development Portal and Supervisory Leadership Development Programmes for UK Fire & Rescue Services Description :The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) seeking external suppliers who would be interested to develop a National Coaching and Mentoring Portal for the Fire and Rescue Service. This work is being managed and developed by the National Fire Chiefs Council. In addition to the Coaching and Mentoring Portal we are interested to help shape the activities below, in relation to the introduction of a National Supervisory Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) for the fire & rescue services in the UK. This work is being managed and developed by the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC). The overall purpose for a national supervisory leadership development programme is to achieve tangible behavioural change for supervisory leaders across FRSs, measured against the NFCC Leadership framework and Core Learning Pathways. It is envisaged to deliver leadership development that creates leaders who are people-focused and more trusting, empowering, and encouraging to those that they lead through a leadership style that is collaborative and inclusive. Our Requirement The Invitation To Tender comprises of three Lots: Lot 1 Coaching and Mentoring Portal Lot 2 Supervisory Leadership Development Portal Lot 3 Supervisory Leadership Development Programmes
