London Wall West - Environmental Impact Assessment services

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) has awarded a contract for the provision of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) consultancy services, standalone planning deliverables and sustainability services for the London Wall West Project. It includes for the management of the EIA itself in addition to a number of technical areas that will be required in support of the EIA, and the preparation of the Environmental Statement (ES). It includes for a number of further standalone planning reports. EIA screening and scoping in liaison with the Local Planning Authority will be required to inform the final chapters, scope and content of the Environmental Statement. The duration of the contract is 12 months, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to a further 12 months. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 2 years. This tender exercise has been undertaken in accordance with lot 1 of the CCS Framework RM3741 (Project Management and Full Design Team Services).
