ITT For The Provision Of Refuse Chute Servicing

<p>The Project Summary This Contract covers the servicing of all the refuse chutes to the properties that are owned and/ or managed by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH). It also includes any remedial works that are identified as part of that servicing regime and may too from time to time, cover call outs to carry out other repair work associated with the chutes. Its purpose is to ensure that all RBH&rsquo;s refuse chutes a) Comply with BS476 Part 20 &amp; 22: 1987. b) Comply with Section 17 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order: 2005 c) That the fire closure plates are serviced and in full working order In essence, RBH needs to have peace of mind knowing that all its refuse chutes are fully fire safe.</p> Keywords: Servicing, Maintainance, Bin Chutes, Refuse
