Tender description

Menter Mon require input into the preparation of a financial model to support the preparation of an Outline Business Case for the Holyhead Hydrogen Hub. The work would build on previous work undertake to support the technical and economic case for the Hub. The winning tenderer will be required to provide advice on the information requirements for the OBC Financial Case.
