Summary of requirement UK Research and Innovation- Science and Technology Facilities Council have a requirement for the supply of B4C neutron shielding material Specification 150m2 of flexible boron carbide (B4C) sheet material which can be easily cut B4C mass content ≥ 80% Supplied as handleable sized sheets - approx. 1m x 0.5m Sheet thickness of ≥ 5mm No self-adhesive layers Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
