Tender description
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the development of the former Derriaghy Primary School site (circa 1.6 hectares), located at 14 Milltown Park, Lisburn, BT28 3TU. This document sets out the high-level criteria and objectives that the Council will be assessing in subsequent stages of the procurement process. The purpose of this exercise is to identify if there will be a suitable number of organisations eligible for consideration in respect of the proposed venture who would be capable of completing the development and will not be used to determine or appoint a successful applicant at this initial stage.
