Tender description

The successful tenderer is expected to facilitate the hosting of a 7-day conference that requires at a minimum, space for delegates to arrive and register for the duration of the conference and room bookings ranging from 1 room for up to 66 delegates for one half day, up to 10 rooms for up to 30 delegates at peak capacity that also includes an exhibition space and/or a single conference room to host up to 450 delegates for keynotes with audio-visual facilities required and included in the tender. All conference rooms would be set up in lecture format. Full details of the booking specification are located below.
