Enhanced Care Support and Enablement Services within a Highly Bespoke Environment in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Nottinghamshire County Council have appointed a Provider of enhanced Care, Support and Enablement services to meet the needs of up to five individuals with complex needs, including a learning disability or autism diagnosis, that will be accommodated in a new housing development in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The appointed Provider will meet this requirement which is for support services only. Provision of the housing element is not in scope of this Contract. The Contract will have an initial term of 4 years with the potential to extend for a further two years in increments of 12 months. The Contract value of this requirement is estimated to be up to £2,000,000 per annum. Therefore, over the maximum term available (6 years) the Contract value of this requirement is estimated to be up to £12,000,000.
