EDI Summit - Policy Support

Tender description

The role of the policy partner will include: 1. Reviewing the high-level findings from the Community Conversations and the State of the Borough report to understand the lived experiences of our residents, including any identified challenges and proposed solutions 2. Preparing and presenting an evidence pack (learning materials and a high-level summary presentation) that provides policy and data context to inform the deliberation and discussion sessions at the Summit on 19th and 20th March 2022. 3. Provide a Quality Assurance function at the final weekend to ensure that the recommendations are rooted in either proven policy solutions or what could be successful within the local labour market. 4. Review and feedback on the Summit’s findings and recommendation report which is aimed to be produced by DemSoc by 8th April 2022.
