<p style="text-align: justify;">Liverpool City Council understands that being a carer can have a huge impact on their life including impacting relationships, finances and confidence. With the increase in the number of carers identified throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Liverpool City Council wants to generate a change in the services provided to support carers to take a break which explores innovative break &lsquo;experiences&rsquo; to meet the needs of those with different caring circumstances and enhances the current traditional offer.
