<p style="text-align: justify;">Liverpool City Council understands that being a carer can have a huge impact on their life including impacting relationships, finances and confidence. With the increase in the number of carers identified throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Liverpool City Council wants to generate a change in the services provided to support carers to take a break which explores innovative break &lsquo;experiences&rsquo; to meet the needs of those with different caring circumstances and enhances the current traditional offer. We are requesting informal expressions of interest in managing and delivery of the functions of an innovative Carer Break Experiences service to establish the level of market interest.</p> Keywords: Carer's Service, Respite, Breaks for Carers, Soft Market Testing, Support for Carers
