Tender description

North Yorkshire County Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers of Court of Protection systems in order to understand what is available in the market, including outcomes, to assist with drafting a future tender specification. This is not simply for a case management system that covers Court Applications and all updated required forms for this process in line with the Court and Department for Work & Pensions, but also deals with the on-going management of the property and financial affairs of our clients under the Court of Protection and Appointeeship.
