Clock Tower, Coleford: Conservation Architect & Project Manager Tender Invitation

Tender description

To facilitate this the Council, in the first instance, needs to secure the services of a suitably qualified person to act as its agent, in scoping and managing this restoration project. It is expected that the repair and restoration works would begin as soon as the selected agent can organise. To this end Coleford Town Council are inviting response from experienced and qualified people, with at least two references which illustrate previous projects. To be successful, the applicants will need to show: - Demonstrated experience in architectural restoration, project management, - Experience of costing, Local Government tender management processes, commissioning and managing specialist structural works - Successful achievement of funding for similar historic restoration schemes - Experience of listed building applications, planning applications and liaising with the listed building authorities on behalf of the Council
