Proposed Framework Agreement for Adult and Young Carer Support Services Lot 1: CE-15-22 - Adult Carer Support Service The Carer Support Service will deliver a wide range of support services to meet the needs of all carers from school age upwards. The Service will also be provided to carers in rural areas, including Girvan and surrounding Villages. The service will be delivered predominantly by outreach in community settings, by telephone, social media, drop-in etc. and will include, but is not limited to: Information, advice, and guidance, Emotional support, Practical support, Bereavement support, Advocacy, Carer engagement and consultation, Carers needs to be recorded appropriately, Peer support, Group work and 1:1 support, Awareness raising and training to partner agencies, Address poverty by considering income maximisation and Development of clear referral pathways.
