BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER Rate of Pay: Band C = £10.01ph to worker Hours: 37 hours pw Location: Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury (plus working from home) Contract type: Temporary for 3 months Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Job Summary: The applicant will need to have typing/word processing ability to OCR/RSA 2 standard or equivalent and a GCSE in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification. It is essential you have at least 12 months experience of working in a business support/administrative environment. You should be able to interact positively and communicate effectively at all levels; be self-motivated, taking a proactive approach to your work. You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy front-line service. Therefore, you should have the ability to both organise and prioritise your work ensuring you are able to meet deadlines.
