Boiler Replacement Programme 22-27

Tender description

5 year boiler replacement programme (3 years with the option to extend a further 2 years). Replacement of approx 900 gas boilers. Installation of Combi Boilers and system filters to approximately 920 properties over a 5 year contract as follows:- Year 1 – 174 boilers Year 2 – 240 boilers Year 3 – 87 boilers Year 4 – 258 boilers (includes properties which are yet to be surveyed) Year 5 – 161 boilers (includes properties which are yet to be surveyed) Installation of Nuaire Cyfans in kitchen and bathroom to 900 properties, where required. A provisional sum has been included for year 1 and 2 for replacement pipework and radiators where required. This will be agreed at a march in survey prior to the work commencing. Costs for replacement pipework and radiators will be negotiated once the contract has been awarded.
