Mini competition from established Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Framework Agreement SDS Ref. P18-184 Lot 2 (Development; front-end and back-end Umbraco) for the Development of a Partner Diagnostic Tool (Call-Off Contract Ref No. P18-184-L2-21-020). In early 2021, Skills Development Scotland was successful in securing funding to support PACE (Partners for Continuous Employment) customers. These are customers that are either facing redundancy or have been made redundant. A partnership group is in place across the public sector to support this audience and supports under customers in a number of key themes including employability, career management, finance, health and wellbeing. One of the projects defined through this fund was for the development of a Partner Diagnostic tool. The key problem was defined as users not being able to easily access a range of appropriate support across the PACE partner network. Skills Development Scotland is seeking to appoint a supplier to progress the development of the Partner Diagnostic solution.
