You are invited to submit a tender for the Refurbishment / Conversion of a Vacant Golf Clubhouse to a New Youth Centre Facility at the Former Virginia Park Golf Club, Caerphilly. The scope of the project is fully described in this ITT but in summary the scope is: Enabling Works:o Discharge of Planning Conditions (very limited anticipated as Change of Use only)o Strip out existing loose / fixed fittings on both the Ground & First Floorso Removal of coveringso Demolish non-loading walls, doors, external openings on both the Ground & First Floors as per the Demolition Plans New Works:o Form new partitioned spaces as per the GA Plans including associated wall,floor and ceiling finisheso Replace existing internal doorso Replace existing external windows and doorso Provide 3No new external openings and windowso Undertake making good to the building fabric / façade as per Building Survey Reporto Provide new office / multi-purpose / toilet / tea point / circulation facilitieso Provide loose / fixed fittings on both the Ground & First Floors as per the GA Planso Provide associated MEP Services as per consultants detailso Undertake making good to broken / missing roof tiles and roof lightso Provide openings for 2No new extended roof lightso Internal / external decorationso Provide new internal / external signageo Undertake localised soft / hard landscaping Anticipated Key Dateso Commencement: 25th April 2022o Practical Completion: 12th August 2022 (16 Week Programme)NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118934.
