Tender description
The Housing Executive wishes to commission a suitably experienced researcher / research company / university (the Contractor) to undertake a rolling three-year analysis of Northern Ireland’s housing market based on the collection, collation and analysis of house prices, rents and affordability-related data in Northern Ireland. Please note this tender is exempt from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR15) due to it falling into the exemptions highlighted in Regulation 14 of the PCR15.
