Tender description

<p>Fylde Council are looking to appoint a contractor to carry out landscaping works at St Anne's Square in Lancashire. The works comprise of:</p> <p>Making safe excavation works area through Chapter 8 Road Barriers.</p> <p>Machine clear and dispose of existing bed vegetation.</p> <p>Prepare beds for planting by removal of roots and debris.</p> <p>Import, spread and level 10 ton high quality compost for bed levelling, improvement and plant hole backfilling.</p> <p>Import and work in slow release fertiliser across all bed areas.</p> <p>Supply plants in accordance with plant list.</p> <p>Plant in accordance with location and design plans.</p> <p>Import, spread and level high quality surface mulch to a depth of 100mm to all bed areas.</p> <p>Power wash all work areas, perimeter pathways, and hard standings following the completion of planting works, to leave areas clean and accessible.</p> <p>Undertake 6 week follow up watering regime, incorporating slow release fertiliser and ameliorants.</p> <p>Further information is available by expressing interest to the opportunity and downloading the tender documents.</p> Keywords: landscaping, soft landscape, planting, plants
