Tender description

Support services required to provide advice and guidance in the preparation of Contract Specifications across a variety of subject matters to incorporate carbon reducing and circular economy centred solutions. Note that SPT is ideally looking to engage with specialist consultants on this subject matter and not generalist consultants who may look to sub-consult these services to others. SPT is looking to procure the services or one or more specialist environmental consultants to assist in the preparation of contract specifications over a variety of subject matters. The object of this work will be to incorporate carbon reducing and/or circular economy solutions into these specifications before they are used within tenders. SPT is ideally looking to engage consultants who specialise in this field as their core purpose and not larger general consultancy firms.
