Tender description

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to quote for development of its Levelling-Up Fund business case. The contract will involve developing an evidence base, business case narrative and economic modelling in support of the development of a Levelling-Up bid focussed on Sheerness, as well as the co-ordination of design and feasibility work undertaken by other consultants and which will inform the required business case. The contract shall commence on 14 February 2022 and terminate on 15 April 2022. The council may extend the opportunity for a further period of no more than eight weeks, subject to government guidance regarding submission timescales. The bidder/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Quotation will be awarded the contract. Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-procurement portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the RFQ is Monday 7 February 2022 at 12noon
