RMCB 040 - Maintenance and Repair of Assisted Living Equipment

Tender description

The delivery of the works undertaken by the Contractor under this Contract shall enable the Council to discharge their responsibility of the inspection, testing, certification and repair works of the following Assisted Living Equipment at the Councils Properties along with those of other external clients to the Council. The contract will be for the period 1st June 2022 - 31st March 2025. Thereafter, the contract may be extended for a further 2 years (up to 31st March 2027) subject to satisfactory performance during the contract year and the agreement of the costs for the ensuing 12 months. The value stated is for the full duration of the contract.
