Requirement for the provision of Online platform for the delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 courses

Tender description

1. Croydon College is seeking to outsource the provision of an online educational platform that can provide the College's students and staff with a full online learning, assessment and tracking product, for the delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 courses in 2021/22 and 2022/23, with focus on qualifications eligible for NSF funding. 2. Full application instructions and detailed requirements are provided in the documents attached to this notice (Tender Specification and Tender Application Form) - please scroll down to the end of this notice to view and download these documents. The successful Tenderer will be expected to enter into the College's standard contract / SLA, which is also attached to this notice for information. 3. Organisations wishing to apply for this opportunity must: a) Be an active company with a valid registration number, or with valid evidence of exemption from the registration requirement. b) Be registered on the Government's contracts finder as Suppliers. c) Have a successful track record of providing and hosting a suitable online platform for the delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 courses, in a volume comparable with the contract value tendered. d) Have the capacity to deliver 100% of the contract volume tendered. e) Meet any other mandatory criteria specified in the tender documents attached to this notice. The College will not consider any Tenderers that fail to meet any of the criteria above. 4. Responses to clarification requests will be collated and published under this notice as an additional attachment, within timescales as per the Tender Specification Form. 8. The deadline for submitting tender applications by email to tenders@croydon.ac.uk is Wednesday 16th March 2022, 17:00.
