Provision of Property Fire Compliance Surveyor Services

Tender description

The Rehab Group are seeking to create a Multi Supplier Framework for the provision of Fire Safety Compliance Surveys for in excess of 100 properties nationwide from within their property portfolio.This framework will require the appointed Fire Compliance Property Surveyors to visit the properties and to provide reports on compliance with the legislation, regulations, guidelines and codes of practice as appropriate to the individual properties, taking into account the physical building and to ensure compliance. The surveyors should specify any related remedial actions deemed necessary, apply for updated Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates where required and sign off as a Competent Authority.
