Provision of key issues and conclusions report in connection with the next stage of the Review of Purpose Built Student Accommodation

Tender description

The Scottish Government is currently undertaking a review of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in Scotland. As part of this review Scottish Government wish to commission research to gather information to inform any recommendations for changes to the sector. A small-scale scoping survey has already been conducted with accommodation regulators and providers. Results of this survey identified potential areas to include in the review of PBSA. Research is needed to further explore these areas and identify any other issues or concerns.
