Provision of an Evaluation of Community Mental Health Framework Project

Tender description

The NHS Long Term Plan describes a: "new community-based offer [that] will include access to psychological therapies, improved physical health care, employment support, personalised and trauma-informed care, medicines management and support for self harm and coexisting substance use... and proactive work to address racial disparities." Local areas will be: "supported to redesign and reorganise core community mental health teams to move towards a new place-based, multidisciplinary service across health and social care aligned with primary care networks." In support of this objective, Buckinghamshire Community Mental Health Framework Programme intends to commission an evaluation.. This will focus on the core Community Mental Health model transformation and also the development of new pathways for eating disorder, personality disorder and rehabilitation. The evaluation will assess the success of each pathway. The evaluation is over two years from April 2022 to March 2024.
