Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking to procure a contractor to develop the Seven Kings Site. The development shall comprise a total of 236 residential flats comprising a mix of Affordable Rent, Private sale, and Intermediate tenures as well as business space and community / health space, landscaping, public realm improvements, cycle and car parking provision, plant, storage, and other associated works. Demolition and clearance of all buildings, paving etc., form part of the works. Lot 1: The development shall comprise a total of 236 residential flats comprising a mix of Affordable Rent, Private sale, and Intermediate tenures as well as business space and community / health space, landscaping, public realm improvements, cycle and car parking provision, plant, storage, and other associated works.
