Tender description
The Council has a statutory duty to provide a library service to the residents of West Dunbartonshire. In addition to the ongoing development and expansion of digital service resource, this project seeks to update and modernise the physical spaces of WDC Libraries, to include design and internal furniture, to encourage and support access and participation from all, particularly for some disabled and older people. The Council will use the the ESPO – 695_20 issue 3 Furnishing Solutions for Libraries and Community Buildings Framework to conduct a Mini Competition for a provider to refurbish 3 of the Council's libraries.
