Tender description

The MW programme is now looking for 'on the ground' support from to establish a PMO by April 2022, during which time additional FTE resources are expected to join the MW PMO. The objective is to establish the following: Project management framework: • Develop project management framework that is lightweight, flexible and allows for innovation within the programme • Develop project management templates (up to 15) • Alignment with UK Gov, industry, and professional best practice (APM, Axelos, HMG) • Build in compliance to P3M3 Level 3 maturity (Planning; Process; Standards; Techniques) • 2 x Masterclasses from the authors of PRINCE2 Governance, Risk and Assurance framework: • Develop delegated authority levels for governance framework • Develop risk tolerance framework • Develop assurance framework • Alignment across all frameworks • Identification of internal and external assurance approvals required for projects • Test and learn of assurance framework with 1 nominated project • 1 x Masterclass from the founding chair of the APM Assurance specific interest group
