<p>South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (SEL CCG) have stated their intention to commission a single provider to provide enhanced GP support to the homeless population across Lewisham under an NHS Standard contract. The service specification has been published together with this advertisement to provide further details on the CCG&rsquo;s requirements. The service will be commissioned under a single contract.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SEL CCG is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced local Primary Care Healthcare Providers who can provide demonstrable evidence of a record of accomplishment in delivering high quality and effective primary care to the homeless population.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful bidder will mobilise the service during May-June 2022 with the service fully operational by the 1st of July 2022. The maximum contract term of 5 years with an indicative value of &pound;500,000 over the 5-year contract period.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to contract award is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgment of potential service providers. In such circumstances, and in any event, the CCGs or its advisors shall not be liable for any costs or loss of expenses whatsoever incurred by the respondent and company, agent, subsidiary, or organisation may have contributed to any response submitted to this notice. Any reference to CCGs as Contracting Authorities in this procurement should be interpreted as referring to the ICBs that will take their place in due course.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Services to which the Procurement relates fall within the &ldquo;Light Touch Regime&rdquo; (LTR).
