Pre-Market Engagement - DfI - Procurement of enforcement of parking and moving traffic offences service for NI

The Department for Infrastructure is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a supplier to provide a Parking Enforcement service for on- street parking in Northern Ireland. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement the Parking Enforcement Procurement team wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Prior to initiating the procurement the Department wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who may have an interest in this project are invited to complete the questionnaire that is available to registered suppliers via the documents areas of the CfT on eTendersNI for this Pre Market Engagement. In responding, you should understand that detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. However we would welcome any pertinent information on your company’s capability and views on an approach to the required services. Any submission received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and DfI. Interested parties shall bear their own costs of participation in this Market Engagement of whatever nature. DfI shall not be liable for the costs, expenses or losses howsoever arising (including, without limitation, any loss of profit or other economic loss incurred), regardless of the outcome of the Market Engagement.
