Latimer Developments Limited are seeking to procure a Principal Contractor to design and construct a mixed-use scheme providing 461 new homes in on the former Boddingtons brewery site on Great Ducie Street, Manchester. Lot 1: Construction of 461 homes with GF active commercial space. The residential dwellings will be in two buildings on the east and west of the public courtyard ranging from 11 to 27 storeys, single storey ancillary accommodation encloses the northern and southern aspects of the courtyard with a main public pedestrian route running east-west.
