Tender description
Noah Academy - The project will work with the most vulnerable, hard to reach and disadvantaged adult learners from deprived communities including: socially excluded, unemployed, women returning to work, over 50’s, LGBT communities, BME groups, people with mental health difficulties, people with learning disabilities, those with long-term illnesses, homeless or at risk of homelessness and those with qualifications below a level 2 standard in order to engage and support them to overcome barriers, learn new skills and develop their confidence.
