This Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) covers the requirements of the Participating Authorities for the provision of Placements / Arrangements for independent foster care and Staying Put services: Placement Type 1: Standard Support Foster Care Placements (four age bands: 0 – 4 years, 5 – 10 years, 11 – 15 years, and 16 and 17 years) Placement Type 2:Extra Support Foster Care Placements (four age bands: 0 – 4 years, 5 – 10 years, 11 – 15 years, and 16 and 17 years) Placement Type 3: Enhanced Support Foster Care Placements (four age bands: 0 – 4 years, 5 – 10 years, 11 – 15 years, and 16 and 17 years) Placement Type 4: Parent and Baby / Child Foster Care Placements Placement Type 5: Parent and Baby / Child Assessment Foster Care Placements Arrangement Type 1: Staying Put Arrangements The Contract will open every two months to accept applications from new Providers Keywords: Independent Foster Care, Independent Fostering Services, IFA, Tyne-Tees Foster Care Services
