Market Engagement for a MIS database system for Suffolk County Council Adult Learning Service

Suffolk County Council intends to conduct a procurement later in 2022 to award contract for a Management Information System (MIS) for Adult Learning Service. This notice is to announce the market engagement exercise for a better understand of the products that are available before the commencement of procurement process. Lot 1: Suffolk County Council would like to hear from organisations offering Management Information System (MIS) and associated services to gain an understand of the systems available.The Adult Learning Service receives Adult education budget from the Education and Skills Funding Agency, and we subcontracts local learning providers to deliver learning opportunities to Suffolk residents. The Service currently has a contract with a database provider, using the database to record learner and learning records, curriculum and progression information, and to generate reports to analyse performance and funding. The current 5-year contract is due to expire on 31st September 2023. We expect the procurement exercise to begin in June 2022.
