IDA mapping, surveying and conveyancing resource

Tender description

IDA has a requirement to appoint a mapping, surveying and conveyancing resource by way of professional service provider appointment for a 24 month fixed term contract to in general terms: • assist with the selection & implementation of an appropriate GIS mapping system to sustain IDA property into the future. This is part of a key project under the current systems transformation project within IDA. • assist in the implementation, testing and mapping data migration of information in respect of core property systems upgrades. This is part of a key project under the current systems transformation project within IDA • to carry out boundary surveys from time to time of all the IDA Parks listed in Appendix A, analyse the information and rectify the property boundaries where necessary. • support Property Division in preparation of site master planning, development of marketing site options and proposals, and related client requirements and • ensure that all legal documentation is correct when issued to IDA legal department for all leases, licenses, options, wayleaves, rights of way & any other transactions etc. Lot 232254: IDA mapping, surveying and conveyancing resource IDA mapping, surveying and conveyancing resource
