Tender description

This request for quotations (RFQ) is for the provision of a suitable supplier to recruit individuals to participate in a travel demand survey that will take place in Oxfordshire County. The survey will be conducted via a smartphone-based travel survey tool that has already been designed. The organization that will be awarded the contract will be responsible only for recruiting the required sample and monitor the data collection process. The maximum available budget for this contract is £75,000 (including VAT). This survey takes place within the European Commission H2020 funded project HARMONY (https://harmony-h2020.eu).
