General Residential and Nursing Home Care Provision – Contracted Provider List

<p>****This opportunity is aimed at current General Residential and Nursing Home Care Providers in Liverpool ONLY that have not yet completed this process***** Liverpool City Council is introducing a new standard contract and service specification in relation to the ‘spot purchase’ of general residential and nursing care placements from care homes. This opportunity is aimed at current General Residential and Nursing Home Care Providers ONLY that have not yet completed this process. Care homes in the City and surrounding area which currently provide spot purchased placements to the council (or are likely to do so in the immediate future) should complete the application form for membership of the new Contracted Provider List. The application form is now available on the Due North Portal on the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/register, go to suppliers’ area and click on “register free”. Care homes which do not currently provide spot purchased placements to the Council or are unlikely to do so in the immediate future should not complete an application at this stage. The Council will put arrangements in place to issue the application as required to any provider in the future to facilitate the placement of a service user in his or her preferred accommodation in line with the requirements of the Care Act 2014.
