Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (MTCBC) is seeking bids from suitable providers to deliver Supported Employment and Volunteering opportunities to individuals with learning disabilities.The successful Supported Employment and Training provider will aim to enable individuals with Learning Disabilities to maximise their potential and independence.
