Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking to procure a Contractor partner under a design and build contract. The project involves the construction of two new residential buildings, known as Building A (17-23 Clement Road and Building B (22-26 Clements Road) and the associated external works. The buildings are situated on two sites opposite each other on Clements Road and will provide a total of 94 dwellings. The process will be a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation, please note that if the Negotiations phase is not required, the Council has the right to award after evaluation of the responses and not follow the negotiated route.
