Internal Layout Alterations to 3rd Floor North and South to provide a remote evidence centre. Queens Court is a 6 storey office block located in the city centre. The works will include stripping out of existing open plan finishes and cellular office accommodation and associated services and forming new cellular accommodation to include meeting, consultation and live link rooms including new services. Whilst 3rd floor will be vacated, the other floors within the building will be occupied during the works. Some works will include taking services to and from the existing planty area on the roof.
