<p>Wolverhampton City Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a web-based application that can be used on a desktop and mobile device to enable Visiting Officers within Revenues &amp; Benefits to schedule visits based on location and urgency more efficiently. We currently have 5 Visiting Officers who carry out visits Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Property inspections are required for the Revenues and Benefits Service to monitor use of domestic and commercial premises through the City of Wolverhampton area, in our role as billing authority for Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates The aim is to improve our current approach by moving away from a predominately paper based non-co-ordinated approach, to an efficient cloud-based system which will allow us to plan our visits geographically by priority and carry out any routine inspections due in the area at the same time; update our records on site and provide performance management information of the numbers, outcomes and increased revenue obtained for the authority.</p> Keywords: Software
