Briefing Event - Youth Health and Wellbeing Outcomes based Service

<p>Croydon requires an Outcome based Youth Health and Wellbeing Service catering specifically for ages 10 to 13. The service is expected to meet public health outcomes to improve resilience of all children and young people by responding to the needs of young people at the age 10-13 years most at risk of requiring statutory interventions, thereby reducing the demand on targeted services. The proposed service recognises that childhood transitions are key milestones in a child&rsquo;s journey and is expected to address the specific risk factors associated with the transition from primary to secondary schools for this age range.</p> <p>Croydon Council will be holding a bidders briefing for providers who are interested in bidding this for this opportunity.
