Tender description

This project involves the modernisation of the existing Machine Room Less (MRL) lift, including removal of all redundant materials, installation of new equipment, making good and cleaning on completion. The works comprise the following: New Control Panel, wiring, trailing cables, containment etc.; New Drive System; New Stop Switches; New Car Overload Detector; New Car Top and Pit Engineers Inspection Controls; New Car Door Operator Control Board; New Landing Operating Panels including Push Buttons & Indicators; New Car Operating Panel including Push Buttons, service key switch & Indicators; New Voice Synthesiser & Inductive Loop; Painting machinery space & pit; New safety notices.
