Tender description

<p>Tender will support hospitals by having additional home care capacity on hand to ensure timely hospital discharge. Currently, due to Covid 19, the normal levels of home care capacity are not keeping up with demand so the council is seeking providers to tender for the short term support required by the council.</p> <p>Tender is open to Current Homecare Framework Providers only</p> Keywords: Discharge, Homecare
