Supply of suitably qualified personnel to deliver the CVD/BP programme of work

Tender description

Provide a suitably qualified person to provide the equivalent of three days per week to:- 1. Work directly for the CM Directors of Public Health in leading the development, implementation and evaluation of the CVD/BP programme of work. 2. Support the design of and help drive the strategy for early diagnosis, prevention and effective treatment across primary, secondary and tertiary care with a focus on CVD/hypertension 3. Engage and work closely with key partners across Cheshire and Merseyside that include the SCN, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Primary Care Networks, OHID, NHSE/I, integrated care system/health and care partnership and Health and Wellbeing Boards in the development of CVD/BP programmes .
